Neodymium block magnets can be utilized for attaching components in everything from scale models to large heavy-duty commercialequipment. They can also be used to secure siens and banners to retail, trade-show and workplace displays, and as closure mechanisms.
Countersunk block magnets tend to be fragile. It is important to not overtighten the screw to avoid breaking them. With that said we do not generally recommend using a drill to install these magnets. lf you need tougher countersunk block magnets, take a look at our channel magnets. These magnets are encased in a steel channel which protects them from breaking as easily. You'll often see countersunk block magnets used around the home and office to hang tools/knifes, secure tarps to boats, cars, mowers, motorcycles, bicycles, building materials and other outdoor, sports or gardening supplies and equipment.
